Age Verification Statement

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. It is an offence in the UK to buy, or attempt to buy, alcohol or tobacco products if you are under 18.

We use automated age verification checks at the point of sale. If we cannot verify your age automatically, we may ask for proof of identity before dispatching your order.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy on delivery. Our delivery drivers will ask for a valid photo ID (such as a passport or driving licence) if the person receiving the package looks under 25. If valid ID is not shown, the delivery will be refused.

Tobacco and Vaping products sold on this website are supplied in strict accordance with the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations and the Tobacco and Vapes Act. In line with UK law, we operate a strict age-verification policy. All customers must pass a digital age check at checkout, and a valid 18+ ID must be presented to the courier upon delivery. We do not sell single-use or non-compliant vaping products

No ID – Delivery Penalty

Customers must have valid, acceptable photo ID available when receiving an alcohol delivery. If valid ID cannot be provided, the delivery will be refused and returned. A penalty may be charged to cover the cost of the stock and delivery.
